Executive Director: Pam Byers
Pam Byers became Covenant Network’s founding Executive Director in 1997, after a 22-year career in book publishing. She recently completed a Master of Arts in Theological Studies at San Francisco Theological Seminary. She is an active elder at Old First Presbyterian Church in San Francisco, where her husband Jeff occasionally joins her in the choir.
Membership and Conference Coordinator: Jason Fredrick
Jason joined the staff of Covenant Network in 2010. His background is in sacred music as an organist and choirmaster in the Anglican tradition. He studied sacred music, organ performance, choral conducting and voice at Westminster Choir College in Princeton. He remains an active member of the American Guild of Organists and the International Knightly Order of St. George. Additionally, he is a ceremonial verger at Grace Cathedral, San Francisco. Jason and his husband, Edward, reside in San Francisco.

A graduate of Duke University and McCormick Theological Seminary, Tricia co-pastored congregations in Iowa and Ohio for 20 years prior to joining the CovNet staff in 2000. Contact her for consultation on ordination, marriage, and other matters relating to Presbyterian polity; to learn about or participate in the CovNet approach to business going to or coming from the General Assembly; and for assistance organizing in your congregation, presbytery or seminary.

A graduate of Duke University and Duke Divinity School, Lou currently co-pastors a welcoming and affirming new church development of Salem Presbytery alongside her husband Chris. She joined the staff of Covenant Network in 2003, first as southeast regional coordinator and for the last 2.5 years resourcing Committees of the Board responsible for Covenant Network Conferences, our public events at GA, and communications.
