First & Central Presbyterian Church seeks a capable and compassionate transitional pastor with interim ministry training and experience who feels called to do the special work of an interim. We need a forward-looking, quick thinker who will lead us through the discernment process as we prepare to call our next installed pastor. We are located in downtown Wilmington, Delaware, a city that combines small-town values with larger-city attributes. Our worship services combine thought-provoking preaching with soaring music led by our full-time Director of Music Ministries.
