Covenant Conference 2027

And Yet I Will Rejoice:

Hope in the Face of Fear

September 21-23
Fourth Presbyterian Church, Chicago

The Covenant Network of Presbyterians is bringing back its national conference! All are welcome to plan on joining in Chicago in the fall of 2027. For years, the Covenant Conference was CNP's hallmark gathering as an educational opportunity, a family reunion and a driver of conversation in the PC(USA). It has been more than a decade since the network last convened on this scale.

In the fall of 2027, marking the 30th anniversary of CNP's founding, the conference will convene September 21-23, Tuesday afternoon through Thursday noon, at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Chicago. Attendees can expect renowned and insightful keynote speakers, rich worship, fellowship and connection for long-time supporters and new friends, and workshops focused on the areas closest to their ministry. Speakers and preachers will forge a theologically driven conversation about what sort of church the PC(USA) is called to be: In light of the commitment to the full inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people, where is the Spirit moving the church? In a broken and divided world, what does the church have to offer that is distinctively and faithfully Reformed?

As the movement for inclusion matures, CNP remains committed not only to advancing LGBTQIA+ rights and access, but to strengthening the whole church. This conference is the next step in that journey. Watch this space for more details to come!
