First Presbyterian Church of Snohomish (FPCS) WA seeks a collaborative, authentic Pastor to guide the church into its next chapter. This leader will foster servant leadership, embrace diversity, and help envision a future that honors our identity while engaging the next generation. Responsibilities include preaching, teaching, administering sacraments, nurturing discipleship, pastoral care, and supporting ministries. As Head of Staff, the Pastor will encourage and empower staff and congregants to lead while aligning ministries with our Mission and Vision statements; goals of deepening faith and expanding love.
